5/13/2015 Median Home Price and average land values in Fredericksburg TX

In addition to strong growth in the Fredericksburg Texas housing market the Gillespie County land market is also seeing strong growth in the first quarter of 2015 with the average price per acre taking a big jump up to $11,793 per acre. This price per acre reflects the average of all land sales in Gillespie County, In doing this research I did notice that in the first quarter the county did not have a lot of large ranch sales.
