The Fredericksburg TX Real Estate market is really heating up for 2013.  Gillespie county is showing very strong numbers going into the 2nd half of the year

The average price for a home in Fredericksburg in 2012 was $237,225. From Jan 1st to June30th 2013 that average price for a home increased to $248,831,   a 4.6% increase.  The Gillespie County Real Estate market also is showing real strength.  The second quarter total sales for the county was the best on record!

The Fredericksburg Texas&Gillespie County Real Estate market continues to to show strong signs of stability and growth. For the 2012 we are continuing to see an increase in the total dollar sales over the 2 previous years.
Total dollars sold in the 2nd quarter of 2012 are up 12.8 %
and total units sold are up 12.2% over the 2nd quarter of 2011
