Primary elections are just around the corner. 
The primary election will be held on May 29th 2012
This year things are a little different for Gillespie county
The County Convention to elect delegates to the State convention will be held on April 21st 2012
It was decided at the Republican  Party Executive Committee meeting that since the County Convention will be held before the primary election there will not be precinct conventions after voting on May 29th, instead all business will be taken care of at the County convention.

We also have new Gillespie County Voting Precincts.
Here are images showing the County and City  precincts,  if you would like to see a detailed image of your precinct just click your precinct number below.  Also please note that precinct #11 and #14 have been combined with other precincts and no longer exist, however for some reason the numbering system still goes to precinct #15 ?   Don't ask me why, I am just the election judge for precinct #4 and simply do as I am told :-)
