True or false?

A 3.8% tax on the sale of Real Estate as part of the Health care/ Obamacare bill, true or false?   Well it is a little of both. There has been a lot of information and disinformation concerning this new tax come across my desk. Most of the emails I get are saying that the new 3.8% tax will effect everyone and the examples given usually show something along the lines of if a person sells their home in Fredericksburg Texas for $450,000 they will owe $17,100 to this new tax and that is simply not correct in most cases. I hope the video below will help clear up some of the misconceptions and disinformation concerning this new tax.
